One of the duties of the Secretariat of Commemoration of Events is to organize the cultural aspect of national religious events such as Aban 13(4th of November), Azar 16(7th of December), Bahman 22(11th of February), the Anniversary of Imam Khomeini's decease, etc. with the direct or indirect collaboration of the Office of Supreme Leadership Institution, the office of Women's Affairs, student Institutions and other provincial universities. To report on social, cultural, religious, political, etc. affairs to different organizations such as the Headquarters of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil, Isfahan Governorship, the Ministry, Iran Drug Control Headquarters, the Office of Islamic Propagation, Hawza Ilmiyya, etc. is another important function of the Secretariat.
