The special role the Holy Quran and the related activities play has been the main motive for establishing the Office of Quranic Activities. It started its activities in September 2009. To identify and recruit the students active in the area of the Holy Quran, hold training classes for memorizing, reading and understanding the concepts of the Holy Quran, hold Quranic meetings at the University and dormitory levels, hold students Quranic competitions at the University and referring the winners to the higher national and regional levels, and support spontaneous Quranic activities, students religious and Quranic theses and research advancements are among the main duties of the Office of Quranic Activities.
